Anyone who meets the following criteria can be considered a student at Bost University:

  1. Twelfth grade graduation certificate (certificate) or temporarily the marks of the last three high school classes approved by the Ministry of Education or the Department of Education. If the student is a foreigner or has graduated from a school in a foreign country, then the relevant country should have a secondary education certificate that has been processed by the relevant departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.
  2. Have a national identity card and a passport or official visa if the student is an outsider.
  3. Is not an active student in another private or public institutions or universities.
  4. Government employees who meet the above criteria can join the university up to the age of 35.
  5. Registration for the entrance exam, and getting the exam participation card and successfully completing the exam.
  6. The entrance exam is taken by the entrance exam committee as per the decision of the Academic Council.
  7. Candidates can submit their written application to the Executive Committee within three days after the announcement of the results if they are not satisfied with the marks and selection and the Committee will respond to the requests within one week.
  8. Graduates of high schools and vocational and technical institutes take place on the basis of accepted procedures.
  9. A special case file is opened for each student when he / she is introduced to the faculty to keep his / her records and academic records.

The entrance exam  is a national process that is taken from the graduates of different periods (grades 12, 14 and above) in the country’s universities, higher education and semi-higher education institutions. In private universities, entrance exams are taken twice a year.
Candidates for the Entrance Exam for Higher Education Institutions and Universities must meet the following conditions:

  1. Graduation certificate of 12th, 13th, 14th or higher classes and marks of last 3 classes of high school and marks of 13th, 14th or higher classes approved by the Ministry of Education. If the student is a foreigner or has graduated from a school in a foreign country, then he / she should have a secondary education certificate of the relevant country which has been processed by the relevant departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.
  2. Holding a citizenship card; If the student is a foreigner, he or she must have an official passport or visa.
  3. Be not an active student of any other higher education private or public institution or university.
  4. Government employees who have fulfilled the above conditions can join the university up to the age of 35.
  5. Candidates of specialized disciplines only have the right to participate in the examination of their discipline, to choose and to continue their studies.
  6. Acceptance of bachelor’s degree candidates for vocational education, secondary medicine, teacher training colleges, religious schools and Darul Ulooms, technical and other classes is subject to special conditions.
  7. Success score depends on the choice of faculty, if the number of candidates is high and the capacity is low then the success score will be competitively increased depending on the capacity of the relevant field.
  8. Graduates of 14 classes of higher teachers’ colleges and other semi-higher institutions, if they have fulfilled the conditions of enrollment in higher education institutions in accordance with the provisions of the bill, after passing the special examination, they will be demoted to one year. In the second year of the relevant faculty).
  9. Graduates of 14 classes of Teachers College, if they graduate at the end of the 1388 academic year or after and are volunteers for the university or college of education, will not be promoted.
  10. The average of the grades of vocational education graduates of 13 and 14 grade should not be less than 80% and should be certified by the concerned clients.
  11. The recruitment of graduates of 12 classes of vocational and technical schools to higher education institutions is done through specialized entrance exams.

After passing the Concours exam and registering as a student at the university, each candidate is required to observe the following conditions when he / she is recognized as a university student:

  1. Respect and observance of the principles and rituals of the sacred religion of Islam.
  2. Observance of the constitution of the country and all applicable laws.
  3. Compliance with all regulations and resolutions of the Ministry of Higher Education.
  4. Respect to the leadership, staff, all faculty and staff of the university.
  5. Respect for freedom of expression in accordance with accepted standards.
  6. Mutual respect for university students and maintaining good and academic relations with classmates.
  7. Maintaining discipline within the university and classrooms.
  8. Assisting the administration in keeping the university premises, especially the classrooms, clean and tidy.
  9. Avoiding any kind of anti-moral and anti-human dignity activities.
  10. Avoiding any destructive movements and inhumane acts.
  11. Avoiding the use of all kinds of weapons and the use of tobacco and incense.
  12. Avoiding any kind of racial, linguistic, religious, sectarian and other prejudices.
  13. Avoiding wearing inappropriate clothes from the Afghan culture and society.
  14. Avoiding the use of cosmetics in the university environment.
  15. Avoiding unnecessary and unnecessary wandering in the university during official hours.
  16. Avoiding any political and group activities within the university.
  17. To refrain from any kind of abusive and violent acts that lead to insecurity, disorder, chaos and hostility in the university.
  18. Protecting the equipment, supplies and equipment of the university.
  19. Refund of fees after payment to the student is done in accordance with the tuition fee procedure.
  20. Any student who receives a discount will be denied a discount if they score less than 90% on the end-of-semester exam or take a chance.
  1. Access to higher education in accordance with the constitution.
  2. Exercising the right to education without facing discrimination in sexual, linguistic, ethnic, local, color, race, religion, creed and other circumstances.
  3. Taking advantage of lessons, seminars, conferences and courses if there is capacity for registration and acceptance.
  4. Utilizing all the facilities and facilities of the university such as library, internet, computer education, cultural and sports clubs.
  5. Establishing scientific, literary and cultural societies in accordance with the law.
  6. Utilizing scientific, legitimate and respectable mechanism for evaluation and solicitation of opinion on teacher’s teaching.
  7. Utilizing the mechanism for conveying suggestions and complaints about teaching and administration (feedback and suggestions box).
  8. Obtaining an identity card.
  9. Obtaining a valid education certificate after completing the academic period in accordance with the constitution.
  10. Access to practical work, internship, practical experience and presentation of ideas.


  1. The student should attend the university at the appointed time only as an ordinary student without any title.
  2. Turn off the telephone and other electronic devices during the lesson.
  3. Do not walk out of the classroom during the lesson.
  4. Observance of university law, regulations, other standards, discipline and discipline.
  5. Respect and good behavior towards teachers, other students and university staff.
  6. Discrimination, prejudice, insults and treatment in the university and strictly refrain from disturbing the discipline.
  7. Strictly against spreading anti-national, belligerent, anti-Islamic beliefs, insulting the ethnic and religious groups living in the country and spreading moral and social corruption, violence, tension and dissent. Protect yourself.
  8. Active and regular participation in practical and theoretical lessons and homework.
  9. To avoid and intentionally or unintentionally avoid the destruction of university buildings, tools, equipment and assets.
  10. Consideration of cleanliness of the university and protection of healthy environment.
